“Creative Industries” is a relatively young and growing phenomenon-driven domain of scholarly inquiry within organizational studies of particular interest from and involvement by PhD students and scholars at earlier stages of their careers. Within EGOS, the community has existed through ad-hoc sub-themes for the period of 2002–2010, and as a Standing Working Group (SWG) since 2012.
